Shipping and Returns

  • All prices stated on this page are in SGD.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct, complete and up to date. If the address you have provided is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to me, additional shipping costs will apply to have it re-sent to you.

  • Tracked mail is strongly recommended. I am not responsible for any lost or delayed mail.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-8 working days. Additional waiting time (up to 3-4 weeks) may apply for surprise boxes, international orders, and orders placed during busy periods.

  • If you place two or more separate orders and want them to be shipped together, please use the code "COMBINED" at checkout. This will waive shipping costs on the order it is used with. Separate checkouts to the same address that do not use this code will still be mailed together, but excess shipping costs will not be refunded. Please use the code at checkout.

  • The code "COMBINED" is only valid for use on multiple orders that have been checked out separately, but are to be shipped to the same address. Misusing the code will result in your order being cancelled.

  • If you have placed an order and need it urgently, contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping Prices:

For shipping within Singapore:

Normal (No tracking) - Flat rate of $1.50, free for purchases over $65 in a single receipt.

Smartpac/Ninjapack (Tracking) - $4, free for purchases over $130 in a single receipt.

For International shipping:

Standard (No tracking) - $11, free for purchases over $200 in a single receipt.

Registered (Tracking) - $14, free for purchases over $260 in a single receipt.

  • Free mailing is not applicable to multiple checkout purchases, even if they are made on the same day by the same person, & the total purchase amount meets the amount required for free mailing. Free mail for purchases over $x is only valid for purchases made in a single receipt (checkout).


Return & Exchange Policy​:

Due to hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges for items sold.

If your item is damaged in transit, do contact me within 2 days of receiving the package, with photographs of the damaged item(s). Depending on the situation, I can either repair your item free of charge, or replace it with a different item.

If you have received an incorrect item, contact me as soon as possible. If your desired item is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.
