Payment

Payment can be made at checkout using credit or debit cards. For customers located in Singapore, I also offer the "Manual Payment" option for payment via PayLah. Select 'Manual Payment' at checkout, then follow the instructions listed to complete your purchase.

Orders using Manual Payment must be paid within 45 minutes from the time the order was placed. If payment is not made within this timeframe, your item(s) will be re-released for sale. Please only make payment AFTER you have completed the checkout with the Manual Payment option. Do not make payment via PayLah without also checking out your item(s) on the site, such transactions do not count as a confirmed order.

Customer Care

If your item is damaged in transit, do contact me within 3 days of receiving the package, with photographs of the damaged item(s). Depending on the situation, I can either repair your item free of charge, or replace it with a different item.

If you have received an incorrect item, contact me as soon as possible. If your desired item is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.
