Customer Care

For custom orders, do email or DM me with the details.

If your item is damaged in transit, do contact me within 2 days of receiving the package, with photographs of the damaged item(s). Depending on the situation, I can either repair your item free of charge, or replace it with a different item.

If you have received an incorrect item, contact me as soon as possible. If your desired item is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.

 


 

Wholesale Inquiries

I currently do not accept wholesale or bulk custom orders as each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, and I am unable to produce large quantities at a time.
